Para que no se me olvide

Postre:

1 barra de queso filadelfia
1 lechera grande
jugo de 5 limones
1 taza de agua hirviendo
1 sobre de grenetina
1 molde para pay
1 lata de coctel de frutas en almibar


En la licuadora:
El queso filadelfia y la lechera.
Se mezcla el agua hirviendo con el jugo de limon y la grenetina.
Se mezcla todo, se vacia en el molde para pay (que tienes que abrir con cuidado porque se desmorona muy facil)
Se refrigera 45 minutos. Sacar del refri y adornar con las frutas. Se refrigera otra hora y media.
